Contest Rules
- Individuals must be 18 years or older to qualify.
- All Las Vegas casino & concert giveaways must be 21 or older to win
- Open to UTAH residents only, with a valid Social Security number.
- Only one entry per person, phone number or email address is allowed.
- No secondary e-mail addresses for the same person allowed.
- Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties, equipment malfunctions, errors, and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from submitting his/her entry.
- All contest entries become the property of 103.1 The Wave (KSQN.) Furthermore, 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest.
- All contestants acknowledge that, as a condition of entry, 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein. Including providing winners email address and information to contest suppliers.
- In order to qualify to win, an entrant may not have won a major contest on any Capital Broadcasting or KLO Radio entity within the preceding 90 days.
- ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD
- Maximum of two (2) prizes per calendar year.
- No employee or relative of an employee of Capital Broadcasting Inc. is eligible to win.
- All decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

- Winner must claim prize within 30 days of winning the prize. 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) will NOT notify winners of the time remaining on their prize.
- All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the grace period.
- 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) is not responsible for rain-outs or cancellation of any events for any reason.
- Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
- Prizes must be claimed in person, unless otherwise specified. Proper identification (valid driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID) required.
- No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
- Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of 103.1 The Wave (KSQN).
- 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
- Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of 103.1 The Wave (KSQN) and may be entered at any time.
